Environment

Prerequisites: Python 3.11+; install from requirements.txt or pyproject.toml in a virtual environment.

Steps

  1. Clone the repository
  2. Run ingest scripts under scripts/ingest/
  3. Run alignment and divergence scripts
  4. Generate figures via visualization scripts
  5. Export notebook(s) to HTML

Notebook

notebooks/padm2m_charlie_index_walkthrough.ipynb (export manual for now). Add HTML export to /notebooks/.
